That is a prediction market share on "NEAR reaches $3.33" in everything but name. And you don't buy the position, you earn it: allocation is time-weighted, so $100 held for two months scores above $10K parked a week before snapshot. One piece is missing. The tokens are frozen: can't sell, can't transfer. Polymarket without an order book.

Let them trade on a DEX and the price becomes a live onchain probability of NEAR hitting $3.33. Nobody has that number today. The market would publish it every block. The obvious objection is that tradeable means dumpable. But look at what a dump does here. Farmers exit at a discount, because an unconverted token is worth less than 1 NEAR.
