I have ADHD and dyslexia. Answering support tickets was killing my business.

So I did the rational thing: named an #AI after a wizard from #Finnish mythology, gave it root SSH access to 400 servers, and told it to figure it out.

It fucked up spectacularly. Then it got good.

We use very extensively LLMs in our day to day operation. It is sad to see the state of the thinking models tho, they keep enforcing idealogies where they do not belong; an LLM.

The worst we have seen is the GPT-5.1/5.2 Thinking/Pro; They refuse reality and substitute their own.
