Rockefeller believed in oil before most people and Carnegie believed in steel when few did.
One day kids will learn about the courageous people who were the early believers in Bitcoin and crypto.
Will you be one?
How do people “quit” crypto?
Do you start advocating for banks that take advantage of everyone u know?
Do you approach entrepreneurs with an offer to provide higher fees & less transparency?
Do you offer up your financial info & personal data to major corporations?

@SoakerPatoshi@TokenArchitect@APompliano It isn't the intent but it is very much the proven cause of it. Delusion is a heck of a drug, and so is the impulse to label a perceived enemy just because they are challenging your understanding of banking. Call me what you want - your greed doesn't justify poverty.
@SoakerPatoshi@TokenArchitect@APompliano I don't know how to respond to this, because I'm kind of amazed that you're so seemingly mystified by the concept of allowing the poor a way out of being poor.
@SoakerPatoshi@APompliano Income equality SHOULD be an aspiration, as the top 1% of Americans now possess over 40% of America's wealth (as an example). It harms the global economy, because as these wealthy families continue to hoard money, a larger portion of the world has nothing to spend.
@SoakerPatoshi@TokenArchitect@APompliano You're misunderstanding of the impact of fractional reserve banking on income inequality might be 99% of the problem here, and with how the world is approaching the problem.
@SoakerPatoshi@TokenArchitect@APompliano Actually your intensely sarcastic response wasn't too terribly far off - through fractional reserve banking and printing money through lending, yes. Bank lending (and thus creating money from thin air) is highly imbalanced and favors those that already have wealth.
@SoakerPatoshi@TokenArchitect@APompliano By printing money so they can continue to spend freely, while their citizens - who can't print money because it's illegal - watch their savings become more and more worthless. Inflation is good for governments, not people.
@SatoshiLite However, your new definition of on-chain transactions DOES characterize crypto miners as money transmitters. You are setting the stage for harmful legislation, and the reversal of legal progress we all have been fighting for.
@SatoshiLite The BSA regulations define the term “money transmitter” to include a person that provides money transmission services or any other person engaged in the transfer of funds. FinCEN declared "[a miner] is not a money transmitter under the BSA". https://t.co/9577F1ozC2
