@TataPlayin I have complained in the past also about quality of your service engineer. It’s getting worse, engineer rewired by cutting a hole in the mosquito mesh slide window vs going thru a duct. Now I cannot close window or move the mosquito mesh.

Horrid experience with @VillaGetaways Booked Phuket Villa paid $ 3500, unfortunately had to cancel trip due to death in family. Their response - 0 refund, then $ 700 voucher if we book for 5 nights !! Beware of this fraud company, lots complaining @tat_india @TAT_NewDelhi
