@johnvoelcker US law requires vehicle content labeling for GVWR <= 8500 lbs. Rivian cleverly set the GVWR at 8532 for all variations of its R1T and R1S.

@ryanhuber@Rivian Thank you for sharing. In the 49 months since I reserved, none of my experiences with Rivian employees have been awesome, or even close. Your write-up gives me hope that my interactions with Rivian will improve in the future. Delivery estimate is May or June at the factory.
