Two psychiatrists advised me to tone down the no-drug route to my story. So here goes: I didn’t use drugs. I confronted my trauma, tore it apart, analyzed it, felt it, released it, let it go. 100% fully healed from my schizophrenia. So don’t tell me to tone anything down.
I was talking to a psychiatrist and when I told him, his theories don’t make sense. He got mad at me and said, “Don’t tell me, I have 30 years of experience.” So I fired back, don’t tell me, I lived it. Then he called me a pain in the ass. I knew then he was treatment resistant.
"Resilience isn’t easy, we often run into setbacks and that can be really discouraging. Disappointment and discouragement makes it very easy to forget how far you have come, but it's the lessons that you've learnt during your journey that will make the come back much stronger"
