I suggested to the king that we needed a visualizer for “God People,” and in less than 5 hours he delivered -that’s a boss who listens 🔥
The song even starts with “Allahu Akbar,” and he showed up in full Islamic attire to match the vibe. On a serious note, Shatta Wale really understands the music business more than any musician in Ghana.
I’m about to play this song like an addict

Yesterday, a boat carrying 33 Sub-Saharan people sank off the coast of the capital, Algiers, in Algeria. Sadly, all 33 people are believed to have died.
According to Algerian rescue services, several bodies have already been recovered from the sea, while the tragedy continues to unfold along the coast.
🕯️ Once again, the sea returns the evidence of a journey that should never have been forced upon human beings.
Today’s attack on the Black community in Sfax by the Tunisian authorities is yet another reminder of how the psychological, physical, emotional, and mental trauma that a Black woman is exposed to in North Africa remains unrecognised.
If one wants to study these angles, one must begin by understanding what is happening in the body of the woman who has tied her baby to her back in this video. One must imagine the feeling of a mother—whether privileged or not, poor or rich, human or animal. The feeling of a mother is universal.
Whatever is happening in Tunisia with Europe’s money is reckless and wretched. And it should not be happening.
