There is an ideology that has steadily been growing in this country which hates everything that is good, righteous and beautiful and celebrates everything that is warped, twisted and depraved. It is an ideology at war with family and nature. It is envious, malicious, and soulless. It is an ideology that looks upon the perfect family with bitter rage while embracing the serial criminal with tender warmth. Its adherents organize constantly to tear down and destroy every mark of grace and beauty while lifting up everything monstrous and foul. It is an ideology that leads, always, inevitably and willfully, to violence — violence against those uphold order, who uphold faith, who uphold family, who uphold all that is noble and virtuous in this world. It is an ideology whose one unifying thread is the insatiable thirst for destruction.

We see the workings of this ideology in every posting online cheering the evil assassination that cruelly robbed this nation of one of its greatest men. Postings from those in positions of institutional authority — educators, healthcare workers, therapists, government employees — reveling in the vile and the sinister with the most chilling glee.

The fate of millions depends upon the defeat of this wicked ideology. The fate of our children, our society, our civilization hinges on it.

Now we devote ourselves, with love and unyielding determination, to finishing the indispensable work to which Charlie bravely devoted his life and gave his last measure of devotion.

Like all of you, I am utterly stunned and heartbroken and sick to my soul today. It is unimaginable to write these words. Many TikTok influencers and university students are converting to Islam, not out of theological conviction of course, but as a symbolic rejection of “Western imperialism,” capitalism, whiteness, or Zionism.

They see Islam not as a faith, but as a political statement, a countercultural badge meant to reject their heritage and perform solidarity with the so-called oppressed.

Western women, wearing the hijab to challenge “colonial beauty standards”.

But this romanticized act of rebellion is rooted in profound ignorance, both of history and of the theological, political, and social realities embedded in Islam.

Converting to Islam to spite the West is not an act of resistance. It is an act of submission to a legacy far more imperial than the one they think they are escaping.

Many new converts have been taught, through postcolonial propaganda, that Islam is a religion of the oppressed, an innocent victim of Crusaders, colonizers, and oil-thirsty superpowers.

But Islam has been more colonial, more oppressive, and has produced more victims than any other culture or ideology in history.

Every person has the right to convert to whatever faith they choose. But conversion should be based on understanding, not emotional rebellion.

They are not adopting Islam because they believe in the Qur’an. They are adopting Islam because they have been taught to hate themselves, their civilization, their history.

They see Islam as an escape from “white guilt,” as a shield from accusations of privilege.

There’s something about Israel that makes people uncomfortable, and it’s not what they say it is.

They’ll point to politics, settlements, borders, and wars. But scratch beneath the outrage, and you’ll find something deeper. A discomfort not with what Israel does, but with what Israel is.

A nation this small should not be this strong. Period.

Israel has no oil. No special natural resources. A population barely the size of a mid-sized American city. They are surrounded by enemies. Hated in the United Nations. Targeted by terror. Condemned by celebrities. Boycotted, slandered, and attacked.

And still, they thrive like there’s no tomorrow.

In military. In medicine. In security. In technology. In agriculture. In intelligence. In morality. In sheer, unbreakable will.

They turn desert into farmland.
They make water from air.
They intercept rockets in mid-air.
They rescue hostages under the nose of the world’s worst regimes.
They survive wars that were supposed to wipe them out, and win.

The world watches this and can’t make sense of it.

So they do what people do when they witness strength they can’t understand.

They assume it must be cheating.

It must be American aid.
It must be foreign lobbying.
It must be oppression.
It must be theft.
It must be some dark trick that gave the Jews this kind of power.
It must be blackmail.

Because heaven forbid it’s something else.
Heaven forbid it’s real.
Heaven forbid it’s earned.
Or worse, destined.

The Jewish people were supposed to disappear a long, long time ago. That’s how the story of exiled, enslaved, hated minorities is supposed to end. But the Jews didn’t disappear. They actually came home, rebuilt their land, revived their language, and brought their dead back to life — in memory, in identity, and in strength.

That’s not normal.
It’s not political.
It’s biblical.

There’s no cheat code that explains how a group of people return to their homeland after 2,000 years.
There is no rational path from gas chambers to global influence.
And there is no historical precedent for surviving the Babylonians, the Romans, the Crusaders, the Inquisition, the pogroms, and the Holocaust, and still showing up to work on Monday in Tel Aviv.

Israel doesn’t make sense.
Unless you believe in something beyond the math.

This is what drives the world crazy. Because if Israel is real, if this improbable, ancient, hated nation is somehow still chosen, protected, and thriving, then maybe God isn’t a myth after all.

Maybe He’s still in the story.

Maybe history isn’t random.
Maybe evil doesn’t get the last word.
Maybe the Jews are not just a people… but a testimony.

That’s what they can’t stand.

Because once you admit that Israel’s survival isn’t just impressive, but divine, everything changes. Your moral compass has to reset. Your assumptions about history, power, and justice collapse. You realize you’re not watching the end of an empire. You’re witnessing the beginning of something eternal.

So they deny it.
They smear it.
And rage against it.

Because it’s easier to call a miracle “cheating” than to face the possibility that God keeps His promises.

And He’s keeping them still.

When Candace Owens and others like her urge Christians to turn against the Jews over a few vague or disputed rabbinic references to Jesus in the Talmud, texts that are not even part of Jewish Scripture, Christians ought to pause and ask:

What should Jews think of us?

Unlike a handful of ambiguous lines buried in the Talmud, the Church Fathers and Protestant reformers weren’t vague, they were vicious.

Their words weren’t confined to ink and scrolls, they ignited centuries of bloodshed. They fueled pogroms, expulsions, forced conversions, and centuries of Christian-perpetrated bloodshed against the Jews.

Take John Chrysostom, one of the revered Doctors of the Church:

“The synagogue is not only a brothel and a theatre; it is also a den of robbers and a lodging for wild beasts… They worship the Devil.”

“God hates them… It is incumbent upon all Christians to hate the Jews.”

Or Saint Jerome, translator of the Latin Vulgate:

“Jews are cursed because they crucified God.”

Or Martin Luther, the father of the Reformation:

“Set fire to their synagogues… their houses should also be razed and destroyed… let us drive them out of the country.”
— On the Jews and Their Lies, 1543

Yet, despite these monstrous declarations from prominent Christian figures, Jews are not rallying their people to hate Christians in return.

They’ve lived through our hypocrisy. They���ve endured our theology turned into violence. And still, they seek partnership and peace with the same faith that historically despised them.

So the next time someone tells you to hate the Jews because of a quote from a rabbi, remember: if anyone had cause to hate, it isn’t you. It's them. And yet, they don’t. That should humble you. Not inflame you.
