What I think @union_build should do is keep it linear.

Let your XP determine your $U rewards.

Simple example:
• 2 XP = 1 $U
• or 1 XP = 1 $U

Since earning XP already means doing hundreds of transfers, this setup rewards real effort without leaving anyone out.

More XP, more $U. Less XP, still something.

Feels fair to everyone.
