@united continued… what happened to a once great airlines? Service was bad food terrible. Customer care the worst. How far they have fallen.

@united continuing the flight was late. We missed the flight time by 3 min and the doors closed on us. We pleaded to let us on. We were rebooked without any consideration. We paid for first class and got stuck in coach last boarding class.

@united i just had a horrible experience with united and i would like everyone to know. My wife and traveled to Puerto rico. We paid extra for first class. The fight there was passable but the return flight was horrible.
