@AlgonquianMan The only thing the Spanish did was at least provide some pretty Euro features to some of Mesoamerica's most crooked toothed women in the continent and built pretty Spanish style architecture. The lack of resources to maintain the infrastructure caused their empire to become ugly.

Sofia Vergara is a light Mestiza, almost Castiza passing Latina.

Roselyn Sanchez is darker than her but neither are indigenous passing, Afro passing or any other dark mixed Latina.
