@FreakazoidReal It should be noted on the bus stop that you must “flag” the bus down for service. Even customer service rep said at some stops you need to flag them down! Really!

@TTChelps pls tell me y the #189 bus at Keele doesn’t stop at the bus stop if there’s only 1 person waiting. Comes every 25 min and for it to pass you by is not right! Attndnt In subway says u have to flag it down as driver thinks you are waiting for Uber, that’s unacceptable!

I just did but she said because I received the crappy service and got to my destination I would not get a refund! I will record the bus passing by next time! Or do I have to step on the street to flag it down?

@TTChelps thank you to the nice tall young man at the museum subway station who got out of his booth to ask me if I needed assistance while I was looking around for an exit just now!

@TTChelps I’m at Keele subway. I ask the attendant who is on the phone sitting back, does the 89 bus go to st. Clair? He says “I don’t know”. I said how do I find out? He says “I don’t know, google it, we have WiFi”. Crappy service @TTChelps

My conversation with the Ttc attendant at Keele subway: he’s on his phone, I ask if the 89 bus goes to st. Clair, he says I don’t know, I say how can I find out?, he says in a snarky voice, “I don’t know, google it, we have WiFi”🤷🏻‍♀️ @TTChelps thanks for the crappy service!
