I did a long rant about this on Instagram a few months ago but one of the main reasons I decided to skip going to Korea for Seoul and Busan is because the 3rd party security staff they have been using in Korea since 2023 is absolutely atrocious.

They are disorganized, completely unequipped to assist foreign fans, and constantly on a power trip. I've had male staff literally YELL at me for simply standing at a concert (when half the stadium was standing). I've had to translate safety instructions for entire crowds of confused faces and yell them out so everyone would understand. The list goes on.

I hope instead of just addressing the disorganization that @HYBEOFFICIALtwt and @BIGHIT_MUSIC genuinely look into evaluating other staffing companies to use.

🐿️: Honestly... this might get a little heavy, but I think I really have to say it now. I wanted to express how I felt today, so...
🐿️: As soon as we came to Japan, I got the news that my grandmother, who raised me since I was young, has passed away. I was quite surprised and shocked, but I got to eat with my members, do some rehearsal runs... and then I felt a bit relieved from the shock.
🐿️: Honestly, usually my grandmother really... is so proud of my members and me as well. If she'd been watching this show from heaven, I'm sure she would have loved it.
🐿️: So with that, I think today's show has become even more great. I want to thank you all, ARMY. Truthfully, I love you all. Thank you.
