Dear America,
I’d like to give you an update on Utah.
Many of you assume we’re a reliable, solid red state. Nope.
I must acknowledge that I love Mormons. I grew up in the church and served a 2-year mission in France.
I’m grateful for my strong upbringing and I cherish the great values I learned. Today, every one of my closest friends and family members are Mormon. They are great people. But I can’t ignore what’s happening.
You assume that because we have a large Mormon population that we’d benefit from that. Nope! Modern Mormons (not all, of course) are bleeding-heart liberals who “avoid contention” at all costs. They take no firm public stances on anything that matters, such as protecting the unborn.
Even the Mormon Tabernacle Choir is “fighting whiteness” in the choir and implementing DEI initiatives. What’s worse, they collaborated with the Gay Men’s Chorus. Remember them? They are the ones who sang “We’re coming for your kids.”
In the past, church leadership was strong and unapologetic. The prophet Ezra Taft Benson is rolling over in his grave watching current leadership embrace globalist wokeism.
Their university, BYU, employs openly radical leftists with no consequences.
They allow biological men in dresses to attend women-only meetings and use the women’s restroom “as long as no one else is in there.”
They, in collaboration with Catholic charity services, openly foster, welcome, aid & imbed illegal immigrants.
They collaborate and fund the NAACP—one of the most radical, anti-White and racist organizations in America.
They let Islamists pray in their buildings and cover images of Christ.
You may have heard that Utah is the first state to ban the inappropriate and sexual “pride flags” in classrooms and public buildings. But did you know that our “conservative” “Mormon” governor Spencer cox refused to sign that bill? Did you know he was honored on the cover of Utah’s #1 “queer” magazine as person of the year?
Think on that—the same people pushing for trans mutilation of children chose him to be honored.
What’s more, Cox openly promotes anti-white DEI initiatives, such as the Utah Jazz basketball team offering scholarships to everyone except white kids.
We have a massive mosque owned by Kuwait that’s gaining influence. They take advantage of blind, naive, do-gooder Mormons who are afraid of appearing “racist.”
Modern Mormons believe that avoiding contention is the most Christlike virtue, all while ignoring evil, such as men in women’s sports (which Spencer Cox also vetoed to protect “trans youth”).
Every time you go to Wal Mart or Costco in our state you’re surrounded by immigrants (many illegal) who do not speak English and refuse to assimilate. We pay for their EBT, healthcare, and housing.
The church has emasculated their men and catered to the emotionality of liberal women and mothers. I can’t tell you how many Mormon women I’ve met who hate Trump and supported Kamala (and thus partial birth abortion). Our support for Trump went down this past election.
Everywhere you go, and I mean everywhere, you see massive high-density “affordable housing” apartments that look like communist pods from hell.
Our governor has openly admitted that the goal is 15-minute smart cities. Home ownership is virtually impossible for the average family. Rent-only neighborhoods are the norm. We are now an incredibly expensive state.
We’re getting the woke Olympics in 2030, which demands that our state comply with their “climate” “inclusion” and “sustainability” regulations.
Beware—if they can destroy a once utopian state like ours, they can take over anywhere.
The Utah I once loved is rapidly dissolving and the main culprit is woke Mormons. “Good intentions” are exploited by those who seek evil. Remember, the road to hell is paved in good intentions.
In conclusion, you know things are bad when a gay drag queen like me is more conservative and outspoken than the majority of Mormons.

SpaceX could have sent up another Dragon and brought them home 6 months ago, but the Biden White House (not NASA) refused to allow it.

Why should we care again?

I have nothing against brits of course but for them to think their opinion on how America handles our business is sad.
