75 yrs ago today a delegation appointed by the Commission of Government signed the Terms of Union making what was then known as Newfoundland the 10th province of Canada. Today, #GovNL announced plans to commemorate 2024 as the 75th anniversary of Confederation. #NLConfederation75

Due to the Tely 10 Road Race there will there will be road closures and parking restrictions in the area surrounding the Colonial Building this weekend. Bannerman Road - Military Road to Circular Road - will be closed from 2:00 pm June 24, until 2:00 pm on June 25. (1 of 2)
