@seetickets cancelled heritage festival tickets. Will you be refunding?! Your email asks me to contact heritage live but they say to request refund from you. Who will be refunding? My Husband have spent over £500 on tickets to several of these events!

@seetickets I understand the Eric Clapton event at Sandringham has been cancelled. Heritage Live say ups are the people to issue the refund. My payment was to you and therefore the contract with you is in place. How do I claim a refund?

Then you can get a Section 75 refund in these cases.
