I was genuinely taken aback by this young man’s response when he was told, “You look extremely confident.”

His answer was heartfelt, thoughtful, and full of wisdom beyond his years. It wasn’t rehearsed or forced it was completely genuine, well I thought so anyways.

Watching him, you can’t help but think what a wonderful human being he is, and what a credit he is to his parents. He has a real warmth, energy and glow about him that’s hard to describe.

I’m weeping on the floor— nobody knows what I’ve been going through privately. Its been a roller coaster—
Sometimes I feel like my hands are tied behind my back and life is whooping my ass. But I wake up EVERY DAY and declare victory, even through the sleepless nights even through the tears, even through my nervous system being so shot I can barely go through a day without physical pain. But I’ve been working my ass off grinding and praying and speaking to people who I love and loving them back. I am truly blessed and covered and God is reminding me who I am and what He made me to do. No weapon formed against me will prosper— no vicious attacks from people who don’t even know me will stick.
