Dear @Starbucks, I choose to use mobile order so I don’t have to wait in a line much less the drive thru line. Closing the lobby so I can’t walk in and pick up my mobile order takes that away. Now I have to join the long drive thru line or lose the money I’ve already paid.

I ordered my @starbucks cold brew on the app to pick up inside b/c I know the drive thru line at this store is insane. I get there & the doors are locked. Why have in store pick up as an option when ordering if it is not available. Now I have to join the other 20 cars in line. 😠

I was very disappointed with the service when I placed a takeout order @ @CrackerBarrel last Wednesday. I was told it would be 30 min. and ended up having to wait a total of 1 hr & 15 min. No apologies just a “We’re working on your order.”
