Still noone reached out regarding the payment check. I sent the necessary information ten times it has been a year and still did not get my compensation!. @TurkishAirlines @staralliance

Even after posting this, I have been told that they will contact me immediately, but noone did. I pushed this bunch of times and nothing work with this terrible customer service. It’s just one check to compensate their mistake and they can not even do this and keep lying.
