"Please, sir, may I have more?"... Living on the edge of a swamp opens us up to visits from a myriad of critters. This little guy, a juvenile raccoon, his mom, and 3 siblings come by every morning and evening for goodies. Tonight's menu was dog food and some yummy marshmallows

@MrPitbull07 As a vet, you always hope you perform your duties as expected. Muscle memory and training helps, but you r e a l l y don't know how you'll respond until you're in the mix. I've seen very competent "garrison soldiers" fail while "dirtbags" excel. Fascinating stuff.

@CAT1PRO When we got married, my wife asked that for our 50th anniversary I buy her a '55 Indian Chief (the 55's are special). Anyway, we're 32 yrs into our marriage. Sadly, my wife can no longer ride (we rode all over the US back in the day & I miss her presence). Here's to 18 more!

@GuntherEagleman As one who served in the 7th Cavalry (4/7 Cavalry, 2nd Infantry Div) the events at the battlefield & knowing the history of the Indian Wars, I was both proud & ashamed. A trooper's job is to carry out the orders of our political leaders. We can only hope that they are deserving.

@nelmagene2010 @atrupar I support attacking Iran. Having said that, the OP may be right. Politicians think that they can mitigate losses thru limited action . This despite ample evidence (Korea, Vnam, Afghan) that anything less than "total war" is a loss. Trump needed "total war". Now he's stuck.
