Had an issue with an @AmazonHelp order and they fixed it IMMEDIATELY. That’s how you keep business @Apple - fix the problem your company created. For the amount of $ spent with both companies, Amazon knows how to do it right. @Apple continues to encourage ppl to go elsewhere.

.@Apple customer service could really learn from @AmazonHelp customer service. @Apple missed the delivery date for my husbands birthday gift, then cancelled it without notifying me. Of the 4x I contacted @Apple no one told me there was any issue and treated me like an idiot.

Confused by @AppleSupport @Apple customer service. Apple can’t deliver as promised and the customer gets ignored? Just lost a lifelong customer. May not matter to @Apple but at least my hard earned dollars won’t support a company that doesn’t care. Frustrating.
