the whole kpop phase debate is so interesting to me as someone living in Korea 😭 all the teens (aka the "acceptable age to stan" according to internet people) do here is stream music and then occasionally maybe attend a concert with the cheapest ticket. The people actually going to events and buying stuff are majority employed adults in their 20s-40s... aka actually around the same age as the idols involved
