People won’t comply with restrictive lockdown rules when they create and increase poverty. Our response to poverty has been the now discontinued R350 grant payments. How do you ask people to sacrifice their livelihoods again - when you don’t have plans for them?
@R_4_____ Via his friend in the boarding house “so and so doesn’t know how to tell you this so he asked me to tell you he doesn’t want to be your boyfriend anymore”. Never before has the Enchanted album been played so much.
My 14 yr old brother is an artist with a t-shirt line. Since my boyfriend likes his art I commissioned my little bro to do a drawing inspired by my boyfriend and I turned it into a t-shirt. This is how it turned out
@TheBoyTapes These types of break ups need to include their family/support system. They need to be informed your partner is suicidal and that you are leaving, that way you know they have support outside of your relationship.
Perhaps the problem with discussions over Cecil Rhodes is that people do not really understand who and what Rhodes was.
They think he was another of those racist 19th century colonialists now being judged for his racist views.
This is not so. 1/15
@dramandu@NonhleBeryl Absolutely. Plus it is impossible to make any strides forward without the supporting documents you need, and going out to get them is a gamble. I truly believe Home Affairs has a big part to play in keeping people in poverty.
