“Overnight solution” is not what we are asking for.
It has been 20 years since the last Gazetted recruitment and 10 years since the last Non-Gazetted recruitment. Generations of Agriculture graduates have waited, aged out and lost opportunities.
If 20 years is still being described as a problem that cannot be solved “overnight”, then the real question is: how many more years are we expected to wait?

As we enter #Day13 of our peaceful sit-in, our message to the government is clear: enough waiting, our concerns must be addressed now.

For 13 days, we have remained peaceful, disciplined, and determined. We have raised our voices through democratic means and continued to seek dialogue. We now call upon the government to come forward, engage with us, acknowledge our concerns, and take concrete and time-bound steps toward a resolution.

Peaceful protest should not be met with silence or delay. We will not be silenced. We will not be pushed aside. Until our legitimate concerns are addressed through meaningful action, we will remain united, peaceful, and steadfast.

RESTORE A FAIR RECRUITMENT PATH FOR AGRICULTURE GRADUATES.

We have chosen the path of peace, patience and democratic protest. But patience should not be mistaken for surrender.
