@Entle_Boka @dudufatso Seipei is a Setwana name, its actually a surname.. Seipei clan in majority is based in Pela past Tlokeeng in Swartruggens a small farming town in North West Province.

"Se i pei" direct translation would be in English " That, that puts its self forth at all times"
