"Yeni Dönem" Bir İş Insanın Bir Mülke Çöküşü Yeni Bir Dolandırıcılık Hikayesi
Biz yurt dışında yaşıyoruz. Geçen yaz anavatanimiza tatil icin geldigimizde Zekeriyaköy ’de boş olarak bulunan ikiz villamızı kontrole gittik. Herhangi bir şekilde satışı gerçekleşmemiş …
@Medyascopetv@bozpek Kimse cemaatleri savunmuyor. Devlet kendisini marjinal bir sol partiye veya ülkü ocaklarına kaptırmış genci kurtarmak için de müdahale edecek mi? Neyin zihinsel kölelik olduğunun ölçüsü nedir? Bunun ucu devletin her konuya müdahalesine gider. Altı boş söylemler.
@Hr1044Pass@Paritoshdhn@ckuck Btw India does not produce 75% of the world's talent. If priority would given based on talent alone instead of first come first serve, many people from ROW should get GC before many Indians in the backlog. Waiting longer in a queue is not a skill. #S386 is not good for US.
@Hr1044Pass@Paritoshdhn@ckuck#S386 does not solve these problems. You can read the report from CRS, S386 will equate everyone in an unacceptably long queue. If you have a problem try to solve it not spill it over to other people.
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck This is same with economic immigration. People in backlog have other good alternatives. Ex. a person in Seattle or Chicago can find a job in Vancouver or Toronto. But they choose to stay in backlog and in US because they try to maximise their interests, like lower taxes etc.
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck You are right economic immigration is not about rights but interests. Companies do not give job offers with FIFO. They hire based on interests and candidates also accept offers based on interests. People in backlog do not flee from torture, they seek better opportunities.
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck Why should an MD from ROW or even from India fight to increase the visa numbers which eventually will be used by this IT ecosystem anyway? With this ecosystem in place there will always be backlogs. Why should an MD treated same as an IT worker who is hired due to lower cost?
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck Law makers need to discuss all these points in detail after that if they think the best way to proceed is to remove country quotas I have no problem with it but saying let's remove quotas and then try to increase the quotas is not the right way to proceed.
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck This ecosystem overwhelmed whole US employment based immigration. Problem has nothing to do with quotas. Actual quota used by Indians is proportional to population of India. The demand of that ecosystem will never be satisfied even if total numbers increased and quotas removed.
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck And I already told you that you are right about this ecosystem. Backlog is a unique problem of IT industry, India and this ecosystem. Indian nationals makes 20% of foreign MDs in US, proportional to population of India. Why should an MD from ROW wait 17 years because of this?
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck You are right, privilege of Indian outsourcing companies should go. IT workers of the world should have equal to Indian IT workers. Once there is no imbalance between H1B and GC quotas, Indians will not have a backlog problem and you can remove quotas if you want at that point.
@Paritoshdhn@ckuck If this is the case then IT ecosystem should not disrupt US immigration. This is uniquely a problem of IT ecosystem and India as a country and should be treated as such. Removing quotas cannot and will not solve the backlog problem as long as this ecosystem exists.
@ckuck Even with an increase in quotas there will always be backlogs because the demand from Indian nationals is too high. First step should be to decrease this demand to a level proportional to population of India in the world. Indian H1B outsourcing companies should be dissolved.
