More than joy, Philippians is a book on overcoming.
But here's the thing.
We often claim victory when we "make it through" a tough season or escape undesirable circumstances.
For Paul, overcoming means taking advantage of those circumstances to bring great glory to Christ.
Your CHALLENGES are not an indictment against your capacity.
They are invitations to expand it.
To fortify it.
To prepare it for the horizons yet to come.
Don’t back down.
Do 👏🏽 Hard 👏🏽Things.

Go on what you know about God. You may not ever have all the answers, but you can make what you do know about God bigger than what you don’t know about the future. God is faithful. Are you ready to step into the fullness of what God has for you?
#NISDLEAP@thornell5 The best educational leaders I have worked with are @LAERomer and @DonnaBusby1! They always challenge me to be better & love kids out loud & unconditionally! ❤️
@ConradMarcie@LAERomer Be an idea bouncer-so many at JCT let me bounce ideas off of them & give me valuable feedback-MC & DB 😘Look for the good & model it! Love fierce!
Q3 Untitled makes me think of humble. I ❤️ Charlotte’s Web when Charlotte describes Wilbur as humble. In order to be humble, you have to be willing to do what’s right for others before yourself. Our teachers need humble written in their webs every day! #JCTCulturize
@LAERomer Early on in my teaching, I only taught 1 way, 1 trick, 1 pony. But I went hm asked a friend did some research & came back with more ideas the next day. I think being honest with students & yourself but not allowing the unknown to define you is critical to growing. #jctculturize
