تسبّبت الأمطار الغزيرة صباح اليوم في سقوط جزء من جدار الفصل العنصري قرب قرية البرج، غرب مدينة دورا في محافظة الخليل بـ #الضفة_الغر��ية.

ويشكّل جدار الفصل منظومة من الجدران الإسمنتية، والسياج، والأسلاك الشائكة، والطرق العسكرية التي بدأت إسرائيل في إقامتها عام 2002 خلال الانتفاضة الثانية، بذريعة «الأمن» ومنع الهجمات. لكن سرعان ما تبيّ�� أن نحو 80% من مسار الجدار يقع داخل الضفّة الغربية، ما جعله أداة للضمّ الزاحف والعزل الجغرافي والديموغرافي.

صادر الجدار آلاف الدونمات الزراعية، وقطع الفلسطينيين عن أراضيهم ومصادر رزقهم، وفرض نظام تصاريح خانقاً للتنقّل والوصول إلى القدس. وفي عام 2004، اعتبرت محكمة العدل الدولية الجدار غير قانوني وطالبت بتفكيكه وتعويض المتضررين. ومع ذلك، استمرّ توسيعه ليغدو إحدى أبرز أدوات الضمّ الزاحف وترسيخ نظام فصل عنصري في الضفة الغربية.

Now they fly their drones over the scared people trying to sleep. Some scared, some angry, some strong. Sleep deprivation is a method of torture. Torture is prohibited. The Israelis have been doing sleep deprivation for decades and decades in Gaza, and now they're doing it in Lebanon. (It's forbidden, it's torture.) Nobody punishes Israel. We must punish Israel. Through solidarity work, awareness-raising and constant campaigns, and now we must get the Norwegian money out of Israeli companies and out of companies that profit from occupation and colonial policy. It has to GO NOW, regardless of what the oil fund's ethics collaborators might think.
