Kathrin Gebel’s apology was a classic deadpan political joke:
“I have to apologize because I recently said nonsense in the Bundestag. The clitoris doesn’t have 3,000 nerve endings. It has 10,000.”
She then says that confusing the number is understandable because women’s bodies and women’s health have long been neglected in research. She also adds that she wasn’t trying to compare Martin Reichardt to a vulva, because the vulva is strong and resilient—and her point was that he isn’t.
On March 26, 2026, during a debate on violence against women in Germany’s Bundestag, left-wing MP Kathrin Gebel was repeatedly interrupted by AfD MP Martin Reichardt. She responded:
“Mr. Reichardt, the clitoris has 3,000 nerve endings, and you’re still more sensitive. That’s quite an achievement.”
A lot of girls who grew up with undiagnosed ADHD turn into women who…
-Feel like they’re constantly one mistake away from disappointing someone
-Carry this low-level anxiety when people are upset with them
-Automatically assume they’re the problem in every situation
-Over-explain, over-apologize, overcompensate just to stay “safe” in relationships
-Look successful on the outside but feel like they’re barely holding it together inside
-And only much later realize it was ADHD underneath what they called anxiety or depression
If straight women and lesbians can both be around girls wearing short skirts, mini dresses, and crop tops without losing control, then maybe—just maybe—the outfit was never the issue.
The problem has always been self-control and personal responsibility, not the clothes.
Does anyone else with ADHD feel like they’re always just slightly on the outside of every friend group, no matter how hard they try?
You’re there. You laugh at the jokes. You show up. But you still feel… one step removed. Like you’re watching the connection happen instead of fully being in it.
Not looking for pity. Just wondering if anyone else has always felt like they’re present but not really ”there”.
you don't realize how much being left out has effected you until you realize you're scared to participate in anything without someone inviting you to join in
@TheSims I have 2 requests please: 1. auto save option (with all these crashes, its frustrating to lose all progress with my builds and storylines) 2. an "ask to leave" option when other sims are at current lot. Please and thank you!
