Mr @mwigulunchemba1 Finance Minister, this is WRONG. It is a double taxation on the same income.

When the company makes profit, the government charges a corporate rate of 30% and company retains 70% of the declared profit. Then the latter can either pay it to the shareholders as DIVIDEND or retain within the company (retained earnings). Taxing the retained earning, is double taxation. It has huge consequences on capitalizing the companies.

Please SCRAP this proposal
