@djpu151 Help please. My @EtihadHelp flight CGK, 18:10 7 Sept, is now delayed to 15:00 8 Sept — 20h50. I didn’t check in and chose not to travel. @etihad says @cassidytravel must process my refund; Cassidy directed me to Etihad. I’m being sent in circles. Please assist.

Some people may not want it as you get called for jury service etc or for whatever reason.

Stay away from @Postvox currency card. I never received mine after topping up online. I tried ringing and had to ring lost cards. Calls keep dropping. Imagine being out foreign and can’t get through to a human. Disgrace 👎

That explains your view, and I’m sorry that happened to you. It’s fair to be mad on a personal level. But you could swap out ‘solicitor’ for a lot of professions and hear something similar.
