INDIA MUST MAKE ARTIFICIAL RAINS A REGULAR CLIMATE ACTION
The experience from UAE says it costs just $1/M3 of water by artificial rains; it’s $60/M3 for desalination! And it costs just around ₹20,000/sq km for cloud seeding. Every state should have a budget for artificial rains
@scribe9104 No, they don’t want to integrate! This is the same complaint Americans have! A recent X post was about a Pakistani businessman setting up a 400 acre self-contained Muslims-only enclave somewhere in USA, so that they needn’t go out for anything!!
@sumit1kalra Article 30 doesn’t even mention the word “Hindu”! There’s nothing against Hindus! But, I don’t understand why a special provision is needed for minorities ! Couldn’t they have set up educational institutions, but for this clause? Does the constitution bar that right explicitly?

India’s political opposition is a sham. They couldn’t even make up a watertight case when Kejriwal government was crippled by his arrest in the Liquor Policy case. Do they have a professional secretariat to study cases, research the economy, document political trends, policy etc?

🚨 SIGNIFICANT BLOW TO ARBITRARY WAQF CLAIMS
"Every grave or dargah is not Waqf property."
In a landmark ruling, the Madras High Court held that ownership of land must be established through valid legal documents and cannot be assumed merely because a structure is linked to Islamic religious activities.
The Court rejected the Waqf Board's claim over the 240-year-old Syed Habibullah Shah Qadri Arif Rabbani Hazrat Dargah in Triplicane, Chennai, reaffirming that legal ownership must be proven - not presumed.
A strong message against indiscriminate claims over land and properties.
