@IndiGo6E also Indigo staff at Ahmedabad airport also damaged my bags and refused to compensate me for that. They asked me to send email and when i checked online, they mentioned if it wasnt reported on arrival desk, that is deemed as ‘good’ delivery. Wtf Indigo
@IndiGo6E i had worst experience with you guys in Ahmedabad airport for just 2kg of adjustment while on kochi same Indigo staff adjusted 3 kgs with my family members group pnr. They simply wasted my time by making me open my bag and taking out things out of my bags.
