Too many men hide behind ages and they constantly extend their timelines to avoid the harrowing burden of performance which MUST be accepted to ascend to your highest potential and achievements through the actualisation of your innate capabilities.

"Oh Im not where I want to be in life but its okay im only 25" whilst I understand the sentiment and I am a truly big proponent and advocator of taking your time to progress through life at the right pace and often times slowing down over an extended period of time if it means you are able to make the best most effective moves long term, perhaps you need to stay still for a while to see how the board develops because you dont like the current moves around you and you have that luxury to chill a little, cool, the dichotomy behind stategic overview posture and cowardice needs to be explicated here

But despite the potential validity of this idea occassionally; I still feel that it should be held and wielded very cautiously because it provides a necessary blanket for shying away from the hard decisions that need to be made in life as a man and its going to be much easier for you to shy away from the work that will always truly need to be done if you can hide behind this ideology that your age abdicates you from competing at the highest points, regardless of the age of the men in that room I am going to enter it with the understanding I have done and am doing my absolute best to be able to sit at any table in the globe and own my seat with a significant portion of value to create, synthesise and express based on the things I have went and faced throughout my life upto this point because I always sought maximal development and I never let my weaknesses be cloaked over with excuses and I always gave myself no room for slack

I always compared myself to the picotop of multiple industries at the same time whilst working on improving myself within them all consistently whilst holding that picotop standard as my only standard, an example is training 60 days in a row whilst settling into a new sales role multiple years ago and the first days off i took was so i could fly abroad and link up with a bunch of beautiful 21 year old girls I had been liaising with over dating apps throughout that period, I had multiple boards flowing forwards toward picotop expression and I never took my foot off the gas and thought oh well I'm *insert age here* im sure these girls have access to 40 year old millionaires so i will just rest on my laurels

Things like that to me just symbolize you will never be world class and you're just going to let the world bleed away from you forever because you're getting progressively used to giving yourself an out, you're getting progressively used to operating through low effort and unconscious cognitive bias and that will be your long term downfall, your own application of your porential is faultering due to your inability to focus on your weaknesses and decide to carve them out into the light through brutal action so you can resolve them and thats whats going to kill you, that level of internalised passivity to the reader might seem small but when you compare it to the inner wiring of true outliers, when you compare it to the cadence and aggression and pace true outliers operate with; it is incredibly easy to see why that person will never win, even if everything else aligns, without that internal aggression and refusal to accept weakness, you still lose because you dont have the killer instinct and the drive regardless of everything else aligning in their favour, your actions and your aggression to do and create outcomes is the motherboard through which all your abilities flow through to be translated into outcomes and the size of most peoples output pallette is pathetically beneath what world class standard demand, most people arent incapable or dumb or unable to win, they're just constantly hiding from the level of cerebral analyssi that would illuminate where they leak and where their life is clearly breaking down because they want to believe they are a somebody without actually doing the necessary work required to have that ego

I have an ego because I have done the work in every single area of my life to a point where im basically in the top 0.001% for my age across the globe easily and I am happy to present myself what way because I have grinded privately for years to build those skills that now enable me to live a beautiful life

Everything (talent, looks, intelligence, opportunity) only matters if it flows through aggressive, high standard execution applied consistently over time and the true reality within this is that you will more than likely be able to outcompete basically everyone who has a direct or had a direct advanatage over you growing up if you have the courage to commit to your path over the long term and be disciplined in not getting sidetracked and contuining to flow forwards with consistency, you have to be very careful of selecting comforting thoughts and beliefs, If you have the mental capacity for it I would always reccomend feeling internally unsure or questionable regarding constantly telling yourself uncomfortable truths to keep your actions anchored to long term realities so you dont end up walking down the deluded path for an extended period of time and often times, when people realise they've been operating through bias' the prime window of opportunity in their lives has passed and internally they have anchored their identity to their excuses and not their actions making their task much harder because they didnt cut the root early, they decided they would choose comfort and flippancy over relentlessly brutal attention to their own mind and thus actions and attentional placements.

The absolute war modern young men have to take to get to elite living is so gargantuan that the majority of them are simply checking out.

Why would these men choose to leave their comfort behind, why would these men choose to fight against a system that has been perfectly curated to keep them shackled and to keep them bound to normal living so they can slowly be squeezed for their labour so the system that originally enslaved them is kept alive and thriving to do the exact same thing.

They dont perceive themselves to be able to win, so they take the non vital option, they take the euthanasia, the cowards way out, they kill their greatest self by never fighting for it.

There's many different tools and weapons used by greater society to impact the young male psyche this way, feminist nonsense, freedom of speech being massively infringed upon globally, all masculine leaders with a masculine voice get attacked from a multiple of angles, namely immense slander, it's funny none of these allegations stick with people who have genuinely done these ridiculous things, young men, for the most part are aware we live in a backwards society and most of them choose comfort and subservience over battle, victory, honour and the ego.
