@HMRCcustomers Information first sent 4th April, post delivered on 11th April. Escalated case 1 to 2 weeks ago. Just submitted latest VAT return using standard VAT instead of flat rate and still have no confirmation from you about my VAT change. VAT change date was from 1st March 2022

@HMRCcustomers Changed VAT schemes from flat rate to standard vat. Sent information to HMRC via email & recorded post. No reply. Phoned HMRC & the person escalated my case, still no reply, its now 2 months since I first contacted you. Help pls
