@nathanbarry@ConvertKit It's bcz our card was declined. It says "we tried billing you 3 times" but I nvr received any email for failed billing. And sdnly we find that the accnt is blocked. We're on annual plan with validity till NOV, chrge was for addtnl subs (2/3) #TimeToChange
