@paulakers Just moved into a new shop. Business is only a little over two years old. Your book and YouTube have really helped me to see what’s possible. I’ll be back to show you I’ve taken it serious. Until then, Godspeed Paul.
$95k booked since May.
2 years ago I sold everything I owned to buy a glass shop.
Deal fell through.
Started one from scratch. Knew nothing about glass.
Still usually just me on the truck.
I walk into multiple remodels a day. I look at the drain cut out, the niche trim, the bench edges, and the little details every time. Instantly know what kind of tile setter did it. If the drain cut out is chipped, wonky, or not straight - I know I’m spending an extra thirty minutes templating the glass.
@jamesonhaslam When you walk him through it, ask “how do you expect me to show this to the customer?” with genuine sincerity and curiosity. Will force right brain and you’ll get the answer that lets you know whether to keep or sweep. He will actually explain.
