Unsurprisingly the scheduled fixture today has been cancelled due to this rather miserable wet and windy weather a far cry from the lovely hot weather of a few weeks ago.

the week ahead at Selsey Cricket Club. For the juniors with it being half term some are away enjoying their holidays so this week is not part of the scheduled programme week but i will still be around for anyone who wants to turn up
Selsey Cricket Club are proud to be supporting the Sussex Cricket Foundation this coming Friday 29th May, supporting their Lord's Taverners Super1s and Wicketz programmes. Selsey CC will be hosting over 30 children and young people for a wonderful day of cricket, beach trips
We have heard from Stan Balls daughters, his Funeral will be held on Friday 30th January at 1:30 at Littlehampton cemetery and then back to Littlehampton badminton and squash club where he spend most of his time and became a part of the committee there he was so passion about it.
We have just heard that Stan Ball has pass away.
Stan was a lovely player , playing for Selsey for many years before he moved.
He was a brilliant left arm opening bowler , all rounder ,great team player & lovely character

As the year draws to a close, I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to all the juniors who’ve participated in cricket this season and their parents for their unwavering support.
I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the season despite my rather rickety knees, and I hope the juniors have.
