I really didn’t appreciate being “Duked”…I would have stay in a Houston where we were safe. The inclusion of this oversees customer service model is a total disappointment due to the language barriers and scripted response that do not address problems like this. @Hertz

@Hertz As a HertzGold President Circle member, I find myself stranded at Norfolk (ORF) International Airport with an 11y/o minor at 1:30am. The agent assured me after entering my flight info staff would be on hand.::total Lie!! The oversees service and app is horrible.

@BleacherReport I truly happy the young man was able to be resuscitated quickly by the staff there. Athletes oftentimes have tremendous shifts in electrolytes doing training. These electrolytes are essential to cardiac function. This is nothing unusual continue to pray for a speedy recovery 🙏🏾🙏🏾
