@Disgruntled_SHO Yes, don’t lose hope, Doctors career is still noble, NHS is good, it’s just managed badly, fight those inefficient bosses at higher level, Take a good relaxing break, look after yourself & enjoy life
@RoshanaMN Having good & supportive colleagues make a big difference in your work life. Guess this is required for all profession regardless of the seniority. We should be lucky to have good team members

Heart breaking reading this. I've never personally known so many doctors take time off openly due to burn out. It's great that we are finally talking about it more as a profession, but what are we actually doing about it?
