@LloydsPharmacy thank you for social distancing requirements.I am very annoyed that despite calling3 hours before entering @Tesco I was told I need to come back tomorrow to pick up theitems I called forward for 3 hours befor collection.2 items are missing zopiclone and venlafine
@LloydsPharmacy you really let me down earlier at Tesco.I love you guys, but for 3 items to be delivered (two items)and the rest missing and ask me to come back dying social distancing is poor, really poor show. Considering I’m a key staff member and parents high risk. Come back?
YOU GUYS SRE UNDER STRESS. Get in touch with your frontline staff and stop them causing you stress! Missing items is not good, charging us twice for missing items is terrible. Train me up to be a bloody. Pharmacist or a manager and I’ll have this place running starsight in 5days
It’s not even a huge ask is it? Someone rings through gate their doctors made the prescription... yes they are here sir.... ok 7 Pam ok?.... yes sir... 7pm... we don’t have it all, we’re missing items. Come back tomorrow but make sure you follow social distancing. Rules. Stupid
I appreciate everything you are doing, I truly do, but asking the pharmacist if these could be sent by post or delivery to stop me coming back out the said NO. NO TO EVERY SERVICE. I now have to come and pick them up after work and bleach myself down AGAIN. This needs sorting
I hope you understand the absolute mess this has cause.I know have to wait for the zopiclone (paid for) and the orlistat(not paid for) venlafaxine has been delivered. I’ve paid for 3 prescriptions and got two. I was assured the third will be free. However it seems there’s one left
Position. I offered for them to post it, they told me they would not. It’s ok to tell people they are abusing the system but when you call 4 hours ahead of time to help out it’s a bit daft. Can someone call me to help me get my tablet without putting my parents at risk again plea
I understand our nation is under strict guidelines of which I am trying my bloody utmost to fulfill, but to be told by men in masks I simply DONT have the medicine and come back tomorrow doesn’t quite cut it considering the 3 hour call prior and my parents being in vulnerable
Causing a severe outbreak in my home of parents aged 75 and above. Purely because your pharmacists told me (3 hours to entering the premises) (I rang forward ) it would be ready. This type of behaviour needs to be stopped. THE worst thing is 1 item was missing and another reorder
In my own time, I’m also considered as a key worker yet your staff at the Abbeydale branch ask me to come back tomorrow... this breaks everything we are supposed to be doing as British people. My parents suffer from diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure. I am at risk of
Further to this, this has been the 3rd time I have had the SAME problem. Currently at 34 years of age I have elderly parents at home who need to be self isolated. I have to wash myself down after every trip in the garage with potent alcoholic wash
This will also be met by a letter to the ceo John hinchcliffe which will no doubt be sent to your resolution team only to be met with the same threats and misinformation.
@FreemansOnline I believe I need to bring to light the ineptitude and threatening manor in which I have been dealt with. You have illegally suggested to persuade me from carrying on further actions that in fact I MAY BE CHARGED BY THE OMBUDSMAN. This needs investigation
This was outlined in my initial complaint. How dare you threaten me and try to misinform people who would usually after being threatened by charges would leave this alone, however working with the ombudsman I would request this now be escalated to the highest level possible
