I've been experimenting with managing agents through plain text. Instead of juggling multiple terminal tabs or GUIs, I use a single Markdown file that keeps all tasks and ideas in one place, with LSP providing inline agent status.

Being able to focus is considered one of the most important characteristics of any founder. I would argue that the most important one is knowing what to focus on. Tens of questions pop up every day, and knowing when to say NO is probably the single most important thing you can do in your early days as a solo founder.
