One of the cardinal rules of science is 'correlation is not causation.'

Correlation means, 'A and B are found together in time and space.'

Causation means 'A produced B.'

With that in mind, let's look at this.

SARS-CoV-2 infections can be detected in tissue by finding both the Spike Protein (S) and the Nucleoprotein (N).

SARS-CoV-2 vaccines can be detected in tissue by finding the S protein but not the N protein since the vaccine does not contain the N protein.

This Japanese political figure had a newly diagnosed cancer of immune cells, a lymphoma, that contained the S protein but not the N protein, a correlation with a vaccine and not with an infection.

In science, this kind of observation would lead to the next step:

What experiments could be done to move this correlation observation to the category of causation?
