My impression is that we are regressing by decades, perhaps even centuries, in just a few years.
No one knows where this money is going, while the White House has become a partner in Venezuela’s poverty.

And in the face of this, some real idiots in Israel and the Pentagon expected an uprising in Iran.

Who would be crazy enough to rebel against their own nation when a foreign power is brazenly threatening to loot their country’s coffers?

It is astonishing what we are witnessing in these times amid the global silence.

Trump has placed the US in such a position of low moral standing that there is no way the world can place any confidence in either the dollar or in American foreign policy.

Whoever comes to govern America after Trump, and this will only happen after a great deal of internal chaos, will have an immense task ahead that will take many, many years.

There appears to be no number of Palestinian children Israeli forces can burn alive or kill in airstrikes that will compel @POTUS, @JDVance, the UN-backed @BoardOfPeace, or envoys @SEPeaceMissions and @jaredkushner to publicly condemn Israel’s daily attacks on civilians during the U.S.-backed ceasefire, and demand that they stop.

More than 21,000 Palestinian children have been killed in Israeli attacks since October 7, 2023. A UN Commission of Inquiry found that, by October 2025 alone, Israel had killed at least 5,031 children under the age of five, including 1,029 infants under one year old and around 420 newborns.

The US-Israeli war on Palestinian children continues on day 1,019.

🎥 Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s Lebanon War Powers Resolution was defeated Thursday, but not before forcing Congress to go on the record over U.S. support for Israel’s war in Lebanon.

The measure drew support from 90 other lawmakers and prompted Democratic leadership to back a separate resolution they say would prevent direct U.S. involvement in the conflict.

Ahead of the vote, Drop Site’s Julian Andreone caught up with Tlaib, who has said “Lebanon can’t wait,” as “every day that we do nothing, 11 more Lebanese children are killed or injured by the Israeli military in this U.S.-supported invasion.”

After the vote, Tlaib vowed “this fight is not over” and urged House Democratic leadership to move forward with a new Lebanon War Powers Resolution.

BREAKING: In a win for Luigi Mangione the judge rules the cops conducted an illegal search and seizure violating Luigi’s 4th amendment rights since they didn’t have a search warrant.

All items found in Luigi’s backpack at the Pennsylvania McDonald’s will not be allowed at trial.

The judge is allowing the gun to be used at trial since cops claim they didn’t find the gun until they got back to the police station.

This has always been the most suspicious part of the case because how did the cops miss the gun at McDonalds?

The cops could have easily planted the gun in Luigi’s backpack on their way to the station, which is what Luigi’s lawyers should argue.

What Black Democratic voters need to understand is that liberalism, as it exists today, has become a ceiling on progress, especially for the Black community.

After the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Voting Rights Act of 1965, Black Americans finally gained legal rights that had been violently denied for generations. But think about the context. Police brutality was normalized, false imprisonment was common, and lynchings were a recent reality. That kind of trauma does not just disappear. It shapes behavior.

So when those rights were finally secured, many Black Americans aligned themselves with white liberalism out of a need for safety and stability. The mindset was simple. Do not disrupt the fragile balance that just gave us these rights, because it could all be taken away.

And that fear was not unfounded. The Southern Strategy made it clear that there were powerful political forces ready to roll those rights back. When a major political movement emerged appealing directly to racial backlash, it reinforced the idea that survival meant sticking with the Democratic Party, regardless of how far it actually pushed progress.

Over time, what started as a survival strategy turned into a political habit.

Voting liberal was not always about advancing material conditions. It became about maintaining a sense of security. Eventually, it became the default. That is why today many Black voters and politicians operate within a liberal framework, even when it falls short of delivering real structural change.

But here is the contradiction. Before civil rights legislation, many of our most influential Black leaders were not liberals. They were leftists, even socialists. They spoke directly about economic justice, systemic inequality, and power, not just representation or incremental reform.

So the question becomes, if our roots were more radical, why is our current politics more moderate?

At some point, the strategy of safety turned into stagnation.

And now many people reject leftist ideas without realizing those ideas are closer to the traditions that once pushed Black progress forward the most.

That is the trap. Believing that the same framework that helped secure rights decades ago is still enough to move us forward today.
