@unsereOEBB I need help changing my Munich–Florence ticket. Customer service told me to go to Munich station but couldn't explain why or what restrictions apply. I'm currently in the US. I won't be in Munich soon. My entire trip depends on this change. Please provide a solution

@CrateandBarrel Extremely disappointed with the delivery and customer service experience. The delivery team damaged my walls and interior areas during delivery, and customer support has been unhelpful in resolving the issue. This level of care and accountability is unacceptable.
