The cornerstone of the Seminary Hill Cup is an emphasis on sportsmanship. One of the most treasured traditions surrounding the SHC is the pregame captains' gift exchange. Before every contest, team captains from both schools exchange gifts. Gift exchanges from todays contests!

Did you know that the Seminary Hill Cup was founded in 2008? 2023 marks the 15th year of competition. What started as a event where points were tabulated over an entire season, has grown to a week celebration of girls sports - culminating in the chance to compete for the Cup!
