It’s Back to STEM time! Our 2022-2023 fiscal year kicked off Monday, August 1st. We are so excited and looking forward to sharing our fall programming where youth can learn about STEM and STEM careers. We’ll be rolling out all the news and program events for the fall this week 🎉
Last week, the 7th graders at Riverdale Middle School participated in the @hourofcode with the help of volunteers from @Google. Thanks to @semlink for making this all possible. The students had an amazing time coding with @scratch. @CCPSNews
We’re diving in deep and exploring the ocean together (virtually ☺️). Kids who have a love of the ocean or things related to it like sea life might be interested in a marine science STEM path. Check out what it’s all about in our workshop next Saturday! https://t.co/4F0w13TNry
We are still looking for a few good men and women 😉 to be exhibitors and/or sponsors for our virtual Atlanta STEM Career Fair happening in April! Are you phenomenal with #STEMOutreach or interested in planting the seeds for the future of #STEM? Sign up at https://t.co/PzUlKU98og
@ScienceSandbox We can’t wait to share the final project! The kids have been really benefiting from this experience, plus enjoying the ability to learn STEM literacy in this dynamic way. Thank you for allowing us to provide this avenue! #STEMED#YouthNonprofit
What do teens know about #SciPolicy? They can come learn about it in our upcoming Teen Science Cafe taking place virtually next Wednesday, March 23rd from 6:30-7:30pm!
It’s Pi Day, and we're shouting out @semlink for their work in shaping our future science, engineer, and mathematics professionals. We're matching donations made to Black women founded organizations like this one up to $100 all month. Contribute here: https://t.co/KwxZhNLE5P
Student members of our STEM Journal Club are at @riceatlanta today to record their podcast. This is everyone’s first time recording a podcast and using a real life podcast studio! @ScienceSandbox
