@pegasusdestek I am interested in a refund. The policy of re-weighing bags at the gate and charging extra weight for water and food bought at the airport is unfair to passengers.

@flymepegasus I bought water and food during my 4 hour layover in Istanbul and then got charged $80 for overweight luggage at the gate. They charged credit card and gave no receipt after I had my boarding pass scanned. Totally unacceptable.

Especially since I already had my bag weighed and tagged in Berlin. If we are going to be penalized for airport shopping earn us before we get past the gate desk!

@NYCferry 1. Don’t cancel a Monday morning commuter boat! 2. If you have to cancel it, don’t leave the tracker on at the terminal saying the boat is arriving! 3. I’ve been talking about how reliable the ferry is, and of course first time I bring my partner it doesn’t come!

@united @united I get that I pay less so my seat is assigned last, but why not give out the best available seats? Instead there will just be chaos and seat switching on airplane. (Gate attendant advised just finding an empty seat once on plane...)

@united so frustrating. Paid for two restricted seats. Turns out only one of us is flying on first leg. Had to buy new return flight for second passenger with no refunds. Now: here alone, plenty of empty window seats, but I still have to sit in a middle seat. Why no flexibility?
