@YacobArsano The GERD stabilized the flow variability of Nile in Egypt. The water level of Aswan dam is near full. Yet, Egyptian Water Minister demands compensation for BCM lost due to GERD. Perhaps, he is talking the 40 BCM lost due to poor surface irrigation systems. It is basic hydrology.

There is no water shortage in the Nile basin currently. There is only perception of water shortage. Perception creates reality and I am a afraid the media is out campaigning to create a perception which will create real shortage. The cosmic principle is ‘you get what you ask’
