1/2 In my experience, I have found classroom assistants to be invaluable both in relation to curriculum and pastoral needs.

✅They are an excellent barometer for class climate and how groups move through the sch day.

📈They need to be paid a fair wage and shouldn't have to wait so long for an uplift.
